Built on innovative technologies from Cavitar Ltd (Finland), ArcLess Academy is designed to deliver an immersive, visual, and highly effective educational experience through four key solutions:

1. CAVILUX Laser Illumination
   In combination with high-speed cameras, CAVILUX laser illumination filters out thermal light and enables crystal-clear views of the welding process. It captures macro-level phenomena like droplet ejection from filler wire, arc behavior, and fine process details.
2. Cavitar Welding Camera
   A compact, non-intrusive camera with built-in laser illumination. It allows real-time viewing of welding processes without blinding brightness. A dual-camera setup makes it possible to observe both the root and face side of the weld simultaneously—ideal for instruction and process control.
3. Cavitar Schlieren Imaging Solution
   Our plug-and-play Schlieren setup uses front and back CAVILUX illumination to make invisible welding phenomena visible. This includes shielding gas flow, melt pool dynamics, shockwaves, and spatter patterns—perfect for advanced training and diagnostics.
